What is USUI/Holy Fire® Reiki (Energy Healing)
USUI Holy Fire® Reiki is a newer form of Reiki that was introduced roughly three years ago. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance. Various hands on placements may be utilized to assist in connection and healing. The purpose of Reiki is to assist you in connecting with your true nature and by doing so you are able to energetically shift your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states. One of the most powerful effects of Reiki is a sense of feeling loved. This is a deep and refined feeling that is very nurturing. Reiki heals deeply, without distress. Reiki releases worry and replaces it with a sense of safety. Users of Reiki often find improvement in self love, kindness, patience, confidence, vitality, enthusiasm, optimism, trust, joy, and peace.

Who is it for?
Reiki energy healing will provide results, whether you are seeking to strengthen self love and knowledge, searching for support while enduring life's challenges, or desiring an expansion in personal wellness and development. To discover and integrate who you truly are is to live a life in alignment. As humans, we are invited to connect with our true nature and explore what is beneath our past traumas and conditioning. We are being called to leave our baggage behind and set ourselves free. Let Reiki assist you along your journey. Reiki sessions can take place either in-person at my Santa Fe office or online via Zoom. Reiki can be practiced individually or in a group setting.
What can I expect?
Reiki sessions last for 60 minutes. The session will begin with a conversation about your intentions for the session. Reiki is an eyes-closed journey where you will be laying on your back on a yoga mat with only your shoes removed. The lights will be dimmed and the session will begin with some calming breathing techniques and a peaceful musical playlist that will have you wrapped in serene vibes. Chelsie will use a powerful, yet gentle form of energy healing. She does this by allowing herself to become a channel for the healing energy to flow through.
